Refund and Returns Policy
Core Invest Institute Pte. Ltd. (“Core Invest Institute”, “CII”, “we”, “our”, “us”) strives to provide high-quality financial education programs and services. We recognise that circumstances may arise where refunds or cancellations are requested. This Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
1. General Principles
- All purchases of courses, memberships, workshops, and digital products are considered final once payment has been processed.
- We adopt a no-refund policy except in the specific circumstances outlined below.
- By enrolling in our programs or services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund and Returns Policy.
2. Circumstances Where Refunds May Be Considered
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same transaction.
- Program Cancellation by CII: If Core Invest Institute cancels a course, workshop, or program due to unforeseen circumstances, and no suitable reschedule is available.
- Technical Failure (Digital Products): If a purchased digital product is not accessible due to a technical issue attributable to us and cannot be resolved within 7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind or personal circumstances (e.g., unable to attend after enrolment).
- Partial attendance or non-attendance at a course or workshop.
- Dissatisfaction with course content where it matches the published description and deliverables.
- Expiry of access period for online courses, memberships, or digital materials.
- Where services have already been rendered (e.g., attendance at part of a program, delivery of course materials).
4. Transfers & Substitutions
- Enrolled participants may request to transfer their enrolment to another scheduled session of the same course, subject to availability and an administrative fee.
- Alternatively, enrolment may be transferred to a substitute participant nominated by you, provided notice is given at least 5 business days before the course start date.
5. Process for Refund Requests
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our Finance Department at finance@coreinvest.me within 7 business days of the issue arising.
- Requests must include proof of payment, enrolment details, and a clear explanation of the grounds for refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned to the original mode of payment.
- Administrative or processing fees may apply where relevant.
6. Digital Products and Online Content
- All sales of ebooks, AI tools, strategy optimizers, or downloadable content are final and non-refundable once delivered.
- In the event of a technical error preventing access, CII will first attempt to restore access before considering a refund.
7. Consumer Protection Compliance
This Policy is aligned with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Singapore. Nothing in this Policy affects your statutory rights under Singapore law.
